QOZ Mobile Home Park Finder — deal-screening build

Mobile-home / manufactured-home communities inside Qualified Opportunity Zone tracts, enriched with lots-per-tract ranking, FEMA flood zone, and Census median rent / home value / income. QOZ = HUD (OZ 1.0, 12/2019) · Parks = HIFLD (NASA NCCS mirror) · Flood = FEMA NFHL · Rent = ACS 5-yr. QOZ map is being redrawn; treat OZ 1.0 as current-of-record until the new map ships, then repoint the QOZ layer.
Data sources, Census API key & offline fallback

Pipeline: query HUD QOZ tracts + HIFLD parks for the state → keep parks inside a QOZ (point-in-polygon) → rank tracts by total lots → (optional) tag each park's FEMA flood zone → join ACS median rent/value/income by tract.

Median rent / home value / income come from the Census ACS API, which now requires a free key. Get one free (30 sec), paste it below, and it's saved in this browser only.
